To add a charge to a member, follow the steps below:
- Use Global Search to search for the member you would like to add a custom charge to and click into their profile
- In the top right corner of your member's profile, you will see two buttons. Select the white 'Custom Charge' button
- Add the amount the charge should be and select the payment method: cash, credit card, bank transfer
- Add a description to your custom charge e.g. Late payment fee, locker.
- Click 'Charge'
This charge will be visible under the 'Transactions' tab of your member's profile, for future reference.
