Did your member receive the following error when trying to book a Class: "Your membership is not allowed"? This happens when you have blocked a particular membership type from being able to book into a Class.
The member is not eligible for the Class
When setting up a Class, you must select the price and eligibility i.e. you decide whether the Class will have:
- No charge
- A single price for drop-ins and members
- Different prices for each membership type
Under the ‘different prices’ option, you can also choose to not allow particular membership types from booking in for a Class. This is denoted by the slider beside a membership name being greyed out.

- Have you made the class unavailable to the membership type that the member has purchased?
