How Do I Send a Push Notification to Expired Members?

You can send a push notification with ease from any tab of the Dashboard. Simply click the speech bubble icon in the top right corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar and a pop-up box will appear.

From here, you can tailor your push notification for your audience of expired members. Follow the steps below:

 

 

1. From the drop down menu beside 'Send this message to', you should select:

    • Certain members based on their membership

2. Under this option, you can tailor your push notification to send  to members whose membership has expired.

Under filters there are the following options:

    • Name of Membership: You can choose a specific membership type to target for example all members on a 10 class pass. 

    • Expiration: From the second filter, select the second option from the drop down menu 'expired in the last'. 

    • Time Period: Select the time period that should be taken into account from days / weeks / months / years.

3. Write your message.

4. Click send.
