The Pay Later option allows your members to book into a class (not currently available for courses or appointments) on the app/web integration without paying upfront. Their attendance will also be confirmed, and they will appear on the class list.
Please note: It is the business’ responsibility to collect payment when the member arrives for the class.
When a member clicks 'Book' on the Class they want to attend, they will need to click the payment method they want to use. From here, they need to choose Pay Later.
To turn the Pay Later option Enable/Disable, just follow these steps:
- Click the ☰ icon on the right side of the screen and click Settings
- Go to the Payments tab
- Toggle the slider for Pay Later Enable/Disable
