The Revenue Report details the revenue that the client paid in the chosen time frame.
Important to note:
- This report records when your client paid for the service or product, not when the service takes place.
What does the comparison mean?
The first time frame you select (navy) is the one that all the revenue numbers relate to, and the second number (light blue) will be used to create the % comparison, giving extra context to revenue.
Choosing the right time
There are 4 options to choose from:
7 Days - Simply select Day 1 and the system will auto-select Day 7 when you use this option.
Month - Based on a calendar month e.g. December
Year - Based on a calendar year, e.g. January - December 2017.
Custom - Choose any time frame that makes sense for your business e.g. September 1st - December 15th.
Breakdown by Revenue Item
Break down the Total Revenue from Memberships into the different Membership types, and even different Membership Plans to see what is performing best.
Classes, Courses, Appointments
By selecting 'View More', you can see a break down of revenue by Class, Course, Facility Appointment and Trainer Appointment. By selecting a specific Class, or Course, you can even seen which scheduled class/course generated the most revenue in the given time frame.
*Remember - this report records when the client paid, so if you are looking at the 7 day report and see revenue for a Monday 8am class, that revenue may not all be for the class that took place on Monday 8am within your selected time frame, it may also include revenue clients paid this week, for next week's class.
Products, Custom Charges
Breakdown revenue by Products and Custom Charges to see what products have been the most successful in the chosen time frame.
