The Homepage gives you the real time information that you need, when it matters most. With this powerful tool, you can take action to drive client engagement, and drive revenue.
Admins for your Studio will have access to a Revenue Widget, where they can monitor the Studio’s revenue for today (since midnight), the week (past 7 days), the past 4 weeks or the year (past 12 months).
This will record all the revenue in the chosen time period that was successfully tracked in Glofox (excludes revenue that was refunded and payments which failed).
This widget will show how many class bookings were made in the selected time period.
Capacity vs. Bookings
This useful widget will quickly give you an idea of how your Classes are performing - in terms of bookings - on a day to day basis. You can toggle forward and back to see how things are performing, and to take action where a day’s bookings are under performing.
The widget is also color coded, so you can see, before even looking at the numbers, how the day is lining up.
When 67-100% of the capacity is filled, the widget will be green.
When 34-66% of the capacity is filled, the widget will be blue
When 0-33% of the capacity is filled, the widget will be red
This is a great tool to let you know who your newest signups are, so you can make the best first impression - maybe that is sending them a push notification to say hello, or recognising their face when they arrive at the Studio for the first time!
This list of the members who are the next to expire will let you take actions to prevent them from expiring. This is your opportunity to check to ensure they renew and remain an active member.
Monitor Booking Levels
Directly from your Dashboard, you’ll be able to see which classes are full, or which require some more attention to drive bookings.
Book Clients in
If there is available capacity in a class, you will easily see that and be able to book a client in quickly and easily directly from your dashboard.
Quick Access to Class list
From the Class list, you can access the details of upcoming classes - so you know who will be arriving at the Studio soon and be able to quickly check them in for the class as they arrive. You can even send a push notification to the clients in this evenings classes or tomorrow’s classes, to remind them to come and build excitement for class!
