The Glofox app is available across a wide range of devices and is supported by both Android and IOS operating systems. Firstly, your members must download the app from the App Store (IOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).
Please note: If you have a Platinum branded App, your members will have to search for the name of your studio in the App / Google Play Store.
Downloading the App
Android Users:
1. Go to the Google Play Store
2. Search for “Glofox”
3. Download & Install the app onto your Mobile Device
4. Enable Push Notifications on the phone's settings option
5. Enter in the Business Name
IOS (iPhone) Users:
1. Go to the App Store
2. Search for “Glofox”
3. Download & Install the app onto your Mobile Device
4. Enable Push Notifications on the phone's settings options
5. Enter the Business Name
Logging In
On the home page of the app, your members will have two options: Sign In or Register.
Register
If your member has never used the app before, they will be required to Register. This will involve them entering all of their details to create a profile which will then update on your Glofox dashboard.
Sign In
If your member has already created a profile using the app and is returning to the app, they will have to click the Sign In option.
Depending on your settings, the user will have to enter their email address or phone number as log in details.
