When signing up with the mobile app for the first time errors can be made.
Quite frequently, a member can accidentally create a duplicate profile by selecting the 'Register' option instead of selecting the 'Sign In' option on the app.
The solution for this issue is simple:
1) Confirm with the member which email address they would wish to have associated with their member profile.
2) Locate the profile with the incorrect email address and delete the profile.
3) If necessary, reset the member's password via the member profile.
