Quite frequently, a member can accidentally create a duplicate profile by selecting the 'Register' option instead of selecting the 'Sign In' option when using the mobile app.
To resolve this, just follow the steps below:
- Confirm with the member which email address they would wish to have associated with their member profile
- Search for the other member profile using the Global Search bar
- Once located, click on the profile
- Go to the Details tab
- Click Delete
