What is Trainerize?

Trainerize is the #1 coaching app to better engage clients. Trainerize enables studios to take their coaching online and deliver a premium client experience. Key features include fitness, nutrition, and habit-coaching features, plus in-app messaging, progress tracking, and more.

With Trainerize, you will be able to deliver fitness and nutrition programs on your own PT coaching app (Trainerize) and then track your client’s progress in real time.

You will be able to engage with your clients in-app to keep motivation high and keep clients training with you for longer. The integration allows you to streamline new member setup and give members access to an app with workouts by Trainerize.

Integrating Glofox with Trainerize

New and Improved Integration

The Glofox and Trainerize integration has been enhanced to provide a seamless experience for coaches and clients. This integration now features automatic member data synchronization, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.

If you don't have a Trainerize account:

1. Click here to request the Trainerize integration.
2. Your Trainerize account will be created, and you will receive login details.
3. Log in to Trainerize and upgrade your account to the Studio plan using the coupon code provided.
4. Automatic Member Sync: You can select which membership types or plans from Glofox that you want to sync to Trainerize.
5. You will be onboarded with Trainerize and begin the process of creating a custom-branded app.
6. Start assigning workout and nutrition programs to members.
7. When a client purchases the membership with the automation set up, they will get an email to set up their account and download the app. 

If you have an existing Trainerize account: 

1. Click here to request the Trainerize integration.
2. Trainerize will automatically generate an API token, eliminating the need for manual requests.
3. Log in to Trainerize and upgrade your account to the Studio plan using the coupon code you will receive from us.
4. Automatic Member Sync: You can select which membership types or plans from Glofox that you want to sync to Trainerize.
5. When you're ready, assign plans to members in Trainerize.
6. When a client purchases the membership with the automation set up, they will get an email to set up their account and download the app. 

Syncing Clients/Leads from Glofox to Trainerize

Bulk Import Feature: The new bulk import functionality allows for a seamless onboarding process by validating and syncing all relevant client details, reducing manual input errors.

• You can select which membership types or plans from Glofox that you want to sync to Trainerize.

• Start assigning plans to members and enhance their coaching experience.

• Send messages to members to log into Trainerize.
