What is Trainerize?

Trainerize is the #1 coaching app to better engage clients. Trainerize enables studios to take their coaching online and deliver a premium client experience. Key features include fitness, nutrition, and habit-coaching features, plus in-app messaging, progress tracking, and more.

With Trainerize, you will be able to deliver fitness and nutrition programs on your own PT coaching app (Trainerize) and then track your client’s progress in real time.

You will be able to engage with your clients in-app to keep motivation high and keep clients training with you for longer. The integration allows you to streamline new member setup and give members access to an app with workouts by Trainerize.

Integrating Glofox with Trainerize

If you don't have a Trainerize account:

1. Click here to request the Trainerize integration.
2. Your account will be created and you will be sent login details.
3. Log in to Trainerize.
4. Upgrade your account to the Studio plan using the coupon code you will receive from us.
5. All of your Glofox users will be synced to Trainerize.
6. You will then be onboarded with Trainerize and start the process of creating a custom-branded app.
7. You will now be able to create workout and nutrition programs or choose from pre-set programs.
8. When you're ready, assign plans to members in Trainerize.
9. Finally, you can send messages to your members to log into Trainerize.

If you have an existing Trainerize account: 

1. Click here to request the Trainerize integration.
2. Trainerize will send you an API document to sign so they can share the token with us.
3. Log in to Trainerize.
4. Upgrade your account to the Studio plan using the coupon code you will receive from us.
5. All of your Glofox users will be synced to Trainerize.
6. When you're ready, assign plans to members in Trainerize.
7. Finally, you can send messages to your members to log into Trainerize.

Syncing Clients/Leads from Glofox to Trainerize

• When Trainerize and Glofox are connected via API, members from Glofox will appear as 'pending' in Trainerize.
• You can then activate them as 'Basic' or 'Coaching' members.
