To add a new facility, follow these steps:
Add the Facility Details
- Navigate to the Manage tab of the Dashboard and click ‘Facilities’.
- Click the green ‘Add’ button in the corner of the screen to start setting up the facilities details.
- Select your facility type, give it a name, description and select an image.
- Select whether you wish to have this facility visible to the public.
- Select whether this facility can be booked through your Member App or Website Portal. If the facility you’re adding is a basketball court, astroturf or other service which can be booked by members on an appointment basis, turn this setting on.
Create the Facility Schedule
If you have made your facility bookable by members, the next step is to set up the facility schedule.
- Move to the ‘Schedule’ tab to set up the Schedule for your facility.
- Select the days which your new facility is available for bookings.
- Indicate the session durations in which the facility is available for bookings.
- Finally, set the available time slots for bookings each day.
- Click save.
