Your Day, Week, Month at a Glance
With the updated calendar view, you get a snapshot of your classes, courses and appointments for the coming day, week or month.
With a simple hover, you can see how many people have booked into your class to date and you can even see if your class waiting list has been activated.
With advanced filtering capabilities, you can tailor the calendar view to your exact needs.

Booking & Payment Status
For more information on the members booked in and or on the waiting list for your class, you can simply click on the class in your calendar and you’ll be brought to the following member details:
- Name / Email
- Phone Number
- Membership Type
- Expiration Date
- Payment Status
- Attendance Status

Once off Edits
From the calendar view, you can even make once off edits to your class. All you need to do is:
- Locate the specific class you would like to edit in your calendar
- Click into the class. You will be brought to the class ‘booked’ list
- Navigate from this ‘booked’ tab to the ‘edit details’ button in the tab on the right. From here, any edits or deletions will only be applied to this particular instance of the class

- If an important edit is made to the class when there are already members booked in (e.g. a location change), we recommend using the group message feature to update your members on the change. Learn how to send a group message here.
