From time to time you may require the setup of a discounted membership in the Dashboard. This membership should not show in the Member App or Website Portal, however it is available in the backend dashboard for tracking and reporting purposes. You must manually assign members to this membership in the Dashboard.
To set up a private discounted membership in the Dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Go about setting up your membership as described in the How do I Create a Membership Guide.
- Under the advanced details option, ensure you enable ‘Private’ membership. Under this option, the membership will not be shown in your Member App, however it will still appear in the backend dashboard for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Under the pricing plan, input the discounted price for the membership.
You can manually assign members to the discounted membership by clicking into the members profile and selecting the purchase membership option under the memberships tab. You can find a step by step guide to assigning a member a membership in the dashboard here.
