In the event that you need to cancel a member’s membership, just follow these steps:
- Search for the person's name on Global Search or find them within the Clients tab
- Once found, click their name to open their profile
- Within the member profile, go to the ‘Membership’ tab
- Click the 'Cancel' button
Please note: If it's a recurring membership that you are trying to cancel, you will see a pop-up window asking if you want to cancel the membership and subscription or just the subscription. This is so that you may disable auto-renew for a member if they no longer want their membership after the current payment period ends.
