To delete a client/member or lead, just follow these steps:
- Search the person's name in the Global Search or alternatively, go to the Manage Section
- If in the Manage section, click the Lead or Client tab depending on if it's a lead or client/member you want to delete
- Once you have found the person you want to delete, click on their name to open their profile
- Go to the Details tab
- Scroll down and click the Delete button
- Click yes to confirm
Once done, the person will be deleted and their account, email address, and phone number will be blocked from future use.
Please note: We do not completely delete the person's account. This is so that it may be referenced to as a past booking or payment in your reports. If you want to restore who you deleted at any point, you can follow the steps shown here.
