In the event that you must replace a member’s credit or debit card, for example, if their previous card has expired, you can follow the steps below to replace it:
- Search for the person's name on Global Search or find them within the Clients tab
- In the Payment Details, hover your cursor and click 'Edit card details'
- Enter the new card details and click ‘Save Card’
Please note: If the customer is paying for a Recurring Subscription with a Direct Debit, you will need to cancel their current membership & subscription to be able to replace the Direct Debit details.
