When email notifications for class bookings are enabled, each time a member books into a class you will receive an email to the selected admin address notifying you of the recent booking. You have the ability to enable or disable notifications for any class.
To set up email notifications for a specific class, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Manage tab and click ‘Classes’.
- Select the class you wish to setup email notifications for.
- Click into ‘Advanced’ settings. This button is located beside the save and delete class buttons.
- Click the ’email admin’ button to turn on the notifications for bookings.
