In order to ensure each member is assigned a unique barcode, we base the code on the mobile number they provide when registering for your Member App.
Unfortunately, with Apple (iOS) and iPhone, we are unable to require members to enter a phone number upon registration, therefore members who have not added a phone number when registering will not be assigned a barcode.
To rectify this:
1. Add a phone number to your members profile in the Dashboard. The number will then appear in the App and the member will be assigned a barcode.
2. Refresh the App to view the barcode.
