How do I restrict a membership to one purchase per member?


You can ensure a member can only purchase a particular membership once by enabling the ‘Restrict To One Purchase Per Client’ option on your membership. This option is useful for memberships or class packs under a special offer.

To enable ‘Restrict To One Purchase Per Client’. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the ‘Manage’ tab and click on ‘Services'
  2. Click on the membership that you wish to edit
  3. Click the ‘Advanced’ button at the bottom of the Details window
  4. Toggle the option for ‘Restrict To One Purchase Per Client’ to On
