How do I setup payment or access restrictions for my app/web integration?

Access Restrictions

To set up Access Restrictions for your members, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click the  icon on the right side of the screen and click Settings
  2. Go to the Clients tab
  3. In the Access Restrictions window, you'll have several options you choose to turn Enable/Disable
  • Registration from the apps and web integration: Determine whether members can or cannot register via the app/web integration
  • Timetable access: Select whether everyone can view your timetable, or solely registered members.
  • Enable Family Accounts: Enable whether your members can or cannot have Family Accounts with children

Please note: You may need to contact the Glofox Support team or your Onboarding Manager to ensure your studio has the Family Account feature applied to it.

  • The minimum age for account creation: Choose the minimum age a person must be to create an account. This must be selected if Family Accounts are enabled.

Payment Restrictions

To set up Payment Restrictions for your members, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click the  icon on the right side of the screen and click Settings
  2. Go to the Payments tab
  3. To the right of the options of 'Card' and 'Pay Later', you'll see Edit Settings
  4. Leaving the option of Members checked will allow them to use both of these options when making bookings, leave it unchecked if you do not want these payment options to be used
