A member may not receive push notifications from your gym or studio for the following reasons:
- The member has turned off notifications.
- The member has switched devices.
1.The Member has turned off notifications
When a member downloads your Member App, they must accept push notifications. If the member does not accept this option by clicking ‘ok’, notifications from your gym or studio will be disabled. Members can also enable or disable push notifications in the app settings.
2. The Member has switched devices
Push notifications are only sent to the last device the member used. Thus, if the member is signed in on two different devices, only one of the devices will receive the message.
