You can send a push notification with ease from any tab of the Dashboard. Simply click the speech bubble icon button to the left of the Global Search bar which will make a dialog window will then appear. From here, you can adjust the filters of your push notification to suit your audience.
When sending the Push Notification, you must first select whether you would like to send your message to:
- Send to everyone
- Send to a group
Send to - 'Everyone'
Under this option, your message will be sent to all of your members.
- Click ‘Send to everyone’
- Write your message
- Check the box indicating if it's a marketing message or not
- Click ‘Send’
You will see the number of members who will receive the message in the bottom left corner of the pop-up box. You will also see the current status of the Push Notification Service so you can be confident the message sent okay.
Send to a group - 'Certain members based on their activity'
This option can be really useful if you want to message clients/members who haven't booked in a while. Under this option, your message will only be sent to members who match the selected activity criteria.
- Click 'Send to a group'
- Click 'certain members based on their activity' from the drop-down menu. Filters will then appear for you to tailor
- Choose your filters:
- Booking status: Select whether you would like to send your message to members who have booked or have not booked
- Time Period: Select the number of days/weeks/months/years you would like to use
- Write your message
- Check the box indicating if it's a marketing message or not
- Click ‘Send’
You will see the number of members who will receive the message in the bottom left corner of the pop-up box. You will also see the current status of the Push Notification Service so you can be confident the message sent okay.
Send to a group - 'Certain members based on their membership'
This option can be really useful if you want to message clients whose membership has expired. Under this option, you can send push notifications to members who have purchased a particular membership type.
- Click 'Send to a group'
- Click 'certain members based on their membership', from the drop-down menu. Filters will then appear for you to tailor
- Choose your filters:

Name: Select the membership name that members should be on to receive this message

Expiration: Select whether this message should be sent only to memberships that are set to expire in the next / expired in the last / that is not Pay As You Go or that started in the last.

Pay As You Go: Select if you want to exclude Pay As You Go clients

Membership Time Period - Expires: Select if you want to search memberships expired in a time period
- Membership Time Period - Start: Select the time period that should be taken into account from days/weeks/months/years.
- Time Period: Select the time period that should be taken into account from days/weeks/months/years.
- Write your message
- Check the box indicating if it's a marketing message or not
- Click ‘Send’
