Each staff member can log into the Glofox Dashboard using their staff profile email and the password created while setting them up. However, not all staff members have access to the same sections of the Dashboard. Essentially, staff members are restricted based on the role allocated to them in the setup of their account.
By allocating roles to your team, you can ensure that everybody has access to the parts of the Dashboard they need to carry out their duties efficiently, without complicating things for everybody.
1. Admin: Those allocated with the Admin role have access to all corners of your Glofox Dashboard, including the reporting section.
2. Receptionist: Those allocated with the role of Receptionist have slight restrictions on their access to the Dashboard. They can book members into any class, edit members profiles, send push notifications and post news. However, they cannot view the reporting section or edit any settings whatsoever, that includes the overall settings, class settings and membership settings.
3. Trainers: Those allocated with the role of trainer solely have access to viewing the classes they are assigned to. Trainers can book members into their class and post class news and updates, however they are unable to edit member profiles or settings.
