If you've decided to send your push notification to 'Everyone', the notification will be sent to each and every one of your member's smartphones, once they have registered through your mobile app that is.
Also, they must have notifications from your app enabled in their smartphone settings and have enabled to receive Marketing Emails and Push Notifications.
Push notifications can only be sent to members who have registered for your mobile app. If you added a member to the Dashboard manually, they still need to register via the app with the same email address you have for them in the dashboard so that their device is associated with their profile.
If the number of members appearing at the bottom of the push notification box doesn't match your total number of members, then some of your members are yet to actually register through the app or else they have disabled notifications from your app.
To avoid this happening to you, we'd advise mailing your members to remind them to register through the app and encourage them to enable notifications.
Notifications are a great way for members to stay up to date with your Studio - Timetable changes, Class reminders, Special offers. Be sure to inform your members of these benefits!
To make things simple for them, we recommend giving direct instructions on how to register through the app.
