If you are using Mobile barcodes, and have access logging enabled, your clients will receive a barcode on their member app. This barcode is generated using the numbers in the mobile number provided to Glofox, and needs to be unique to that client.

However, if you are using Key Fob barcodes, or have to assign a member a new barcode, just follow these steps:
- Using either Global Search, or the Client list, click into the client profile you wish to add a barcode to
- On the grey sidebar underneath Client email, phone number, member ID, their is a button titled 'Assign Barcode'
- Click 'Assign Barcode'
- Scan the new barcode, or type the barcode number you wish to apply
- Click 'OK'
- This will assign the new barcode to the member
