Checking in on the app
To ensure a seamless check-in process on your members apps, just follow these steps:
- Ensure the access scanner you have is plugged into the USB port of your computer
- The member will open their in-app barcode by clicking on the 'Bookings' and clicking the Barcode symbol on the bottom right of the screen
- They will place the barcode underneath the scanner until it beeps, signalling they have been checked in to your facility. Alternatively, the member will scan their membership card
- Glofox will automatically save the members’ check-in to your Facility. It will be visible in the 'Access' tab of the Dashboard. If the member is booked in for a class in the next hour, they will also be checked in for the class automatically
