To ensure a seamless check in process, follow the steps below:
1. Ensure the scanner is plugged into the USB port of your computer.
2. The member will open their in app barcode by clicking on the ‘cog’ icon in the top right corner of the app. They will place the barcode underneath the scanner until it beeps, signalling they have been checked in to your facility. Alternatively, the member will scan their membership card.
3. Glofox will automatically save the members’ check in to your facility. It will be visible in the 'Access' tab of the Dashboard. If the member is booked in for a class in the next hour, they will also be checked in for the class automatically.
