The Expired Members Report is only active for studios who do not use the option to ‘Auto-Revert’ members with expired memberships to PAYG. If you use this option, you will not have an expired members report.
‘Just follow these steps:
- Click on Reports.
- Click on Report List.
- On the left hand side, click on Expiring Members from the list on the left.
- Here you can see all members who are expiring in a given time frame OR have expired. For example, to see members who had expired in 2017, select "Year" and select "2017"
