Did your member receive the following error when trying to book a class:"Your membership is not allowed"? This happens when you have blocked a particular membership type from being able to book into a class.
The member is not eligible for the class
When setting up a class, you must select the price and eligibility i.e. you decide whether the class will have:
- No charge;
- A single price for drop ins and members;
- Different prices for each membership type.
Under the ‘different prices’ option, you can also choose to ‘block’ members under a particular membership type from booking in for a class. This is denoted by the grey ‘hand’ icon with a strike through the membership name. When you block a membership type from accessing a certain class, these members will see a red ‘X’ beside the class, indicating that the class is not available under their membership type.
We recommend checking the following:
- Have you made the class unavailable to the membership type that the member has purchased?
For example, in the scenario below we have ‘blocked’ drop in clients and B10 Yoga class pass members from attending the Ashtanga Yoga class. Simply click the hand icon to let these members book in.
