In the event that you must remove a member’s payment details, follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the ‘Manage’ tab and click ‘Members’ or search for the member using the Global Search bar in the right hand corner.
- Once you find the member in question click on their name to open their profile.
- To the left, you will find a red '-' beside the card on file.
- A pop up will display showing 'Delete Card', click OK.
If the member is on a subscription, the subscription must be cancelled before removing their details.
