In the event that you must remove a member’s payment details, follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the ‘Manage’ tab and click ‘Members’ or search for the member using the Global Search bar in the right hand corner.
- Once you find the member in question click on their name to open their profile.
- Select the ‘Details’ tab to view the member’s information.
- To the right, you will find a grey box titled ‘Credit / Debit Card Details’. Click the box that reads 'Delete Credit or Debit Card'.
N.B If the member is on a subscription, the subscription must be cancelled before removing their details.
