Two-Step Verification

Follow

Keeping your business safe begins with strong, layered security measures. Two-Step Verification, also known as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), provides an extra layer of protection for your account.

Instead of relying solely on a password, which can be compromised, Two-Step Verification requires a second form of verification, sending a one-time verification code to your email. This makes it significantly harder for unauthorized users to access your account—even if they’ve obtained your password.

By enabling Two-Step Verification, you can prevent serious security threats like unauthorized access to your dashboard, manipulation of your payment settings, and potential data breaches. Without it, your studio is more vulnerable to:

  • Compromised login credentials
  • Unauthorized access to sensitive data
  • Hacking attempts and phishing attacks

Protect your studio, your staff, and your clients by taking this essential step to secure your account.

Enabling Two-step verification

As an Admin or Superadmin, to enable Two-Step Verification, you must:

  1. Go to Manage > Trainers
  2. Open your profile
  3. Click on the "Configure two-step verification" button
  4. Upon being clicked, a new modal will pop up, where you can read detailed information.
  5. Click on the "Enable two-step verification" toggle.

Please Note

  • This option is only visible when accessing your own Admin or Superadmin profile on the Trainers page. It won't be displayed when you're accessing other profiles.

  • You must access the email associated with your profile to receive the required verification code, so ensure the email address is accurate and updated.

Using Two-Step Verification day-to-day

Once Two-Step Verification is enabled, the next time you log into Glofox, on the dashboard or the Pro App, you will be prompted to input a verification code that's been sent to the email associated with your profile, as shown below:

You must then go to the email associated with your profile, copy the verification code, and input it to finish logging into the dashboard.
