What is Semi-Private PT?

Semi-Private PT allows you to offer group personal training sessions with a limited number of participants, giving you the flexibility to bridge the gap between one-on-one personal training and larger group classes. This option provides a more personalized experience for your members while maintaining the benefits of group dynamics.

Why use Semi-Private PT?

This feature was requested by customers who wanted to create more tailored services. It enables you to:

  • Offer a more personalized training experience for small groups
  • Create additional revenue streams by offering new services
  • Add flexibility to your service offerings, allowing you to position them as you wish

How to use Semi-Private PT

To set up Semi-Private PT, follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to Manage > Appointments and click 'Add Appointment'.
  2. Complete the required fields.
  3. In the 'Capacity' field, enter the number of clients allowed in this appointment. You'll notice that choosing 2 or more clients will automatically set the appointment to 'Private'.
  4. Complete the remaining fields and click 'Save'.

Once the appointment is set up, you can book your clients via the calendar or the client panel.

Please note:

Semi-Private PT appointments are set to private, which means clients cannot book themselves in using the app or web integration. All clients must be booked by studio staff.
