You can send direct, one-to-one messages to your customers via Email, SMS, and Push Notification—all from the customer profile in your dashboard.
This feature helps streamline your communication by bringing all three core channels into one unified workflow.
Accessing Messaging Options
To send a message:
- Open a customer’s profile from anywhere in your dashboard.
- Click the “Send message” button in the top right.
- Select your preferred communication method: Email, SMS, or Push Notification.
Each option will open its respective message composer.
Sending an Email
Choosing Email opens the email drawer, where you can:
- Compose your message using the drag-and-drop email editor
- Personalize content with text, images, buttons, and more.
- Preview and send the email directly to the customer.
Once sent, a "Sent email" interaction is automatically logged in the customer’s profile, with the email subject line as the interaction title.
Sending an SMS
Selecting SMS will open the existing SMS modal, where you can:
- Write a short, personalized text message.
- Review the character count and how many credits the message will use.
- Send the message directly to the customer’s mobile number on file.
SMS messages are great for quick updates, reminders, or time-sensitive information.
Sending a Push Notification
When you select Push Notification, the modal will open, allowing you to:
- Create a concise, impactful push message.
- Deliver the notification directly to the customer’s mobile device (if they have your app installed with push enabled).
