How do I pause a membership?
Only recurring memberships can be paused. The membership will be paused from the day you pause it, until the date you set to reactivate.
- Go to the Member's Profile
- Click on the Membership tab
- Select 'Pause'
- Select the date you want the Membership to re-activate
What if I forget the re-activation date, or want to change it?
You will know the membership is successfully paused due to the yellow 'Paused' icon. The 'Current period starts' will let you know when the membership will re-activate.
Want to edit the re-activation date? Simply select the 'Edit' button and select the new date.

Membership charges on any date
The next payment date will be extended by the number of days the membership is paused for.
