Locking an appointment/PT slot will prevent members from booking the slot. The time slot will not appear in the app or web integration.
- Go to the calendar and select the appointment/PT slot you wish to lock
- Open the appointment/PT
- Click the lock button to the right of ‘Delete’ and ‘Submit Attendance’.
- Enter a reason for locking the appointment and click ‘Yes’.
NB: You must enter a reason in order to lock an appointment
