Members are able to view how many Credits they have remaining within their profile both on the web and the app.
To view this information on the web integration, just follow these steps:
- Login to the web integration
- Go to the Profile tab and you will see Credits remaining on the left pane
- Go to the My Membership tab to see the expiry date of your Credits
To view this information on the mobile app, just follow these steps:
- Login to the app
- Click on Profile icon in the top left corner
- Click the Credits number shown for more details
Members will be able to clearly see their usage history, and credits are tagged to show whether the class was attended, booked, or the member didn't show up.
Please note:
The 'No Show' and 'Attended' tags depend on whether studio tracks and submits attendance. For studios that do not track and submit attendance manually, these tags will not appear, and all activities will be marked as 'Booked.'
