How to assign a membership from the Clients tab
The below steps outline how to add or assign a membership to one of your members.
- From the dashboard, click the 'Manage' tab and then the 'Clients' tab
- Search to find the client you want to buy for
- This will pull up your client's profile, click the 'Membership' tab;
- If the client has no existing membership you will see a button that says 'Add Membership+'
- If the client already has a membership and you are buying a 'Consecutive Membership' for them, you will see a button that says ' Add Next Membership+'
- A list of available memberships will appear, select 'Purchase' on the one you want
- Select the payment method, and assign a staff member if you wish
- Click 'Proceed with Transaction'
How to assign a membership using Global Search
There are two ways you can buy a membership from 'Global Search';
Searching for a client to assign a membership to
- Search for the client's name in 'Global Search'
- Select the Book/Buy button on the client you want to purchase for
- Search the memberships name
- Select 'Buy for/Book for'
- Choose the payment method and assign a staff member if you wish
- Select 'Proceed with Transaction'
Searching for a membership to assign to a client
- Search for the membership using 'Global Search'
- Select the membership you want to buy for your client and select 'Book/Buy'
- Search the client's name
- Select 'Book for/Buy for'
- Choose the payment method and assign a staff member if you wish
- Select 'Proceed with Transaction'
Please note;
All results in Global Search will appear alphabetically. If you are unable to see a client's name in your search, be sure to select the 'View more clients' option at the bottom right of the results panel.
