Troubleshooting performance issues on the Glofox dashboard
If you experience performance issues in Glofox dashboard please try the following steps:
- Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection with the speed of at least 2 MB or over.
- Please ensure that you do not have a lot of programs running at the same time as having too many programs running at the same time can have a negative impact on the performance of your machine.
- Clear your browser 'Cache' as a full 'Cache' memory can cause numerous problems with your web browser that can impact the performance of the Glofox dashboard as a result.
Google Chrome is the recommended browser by Glofox Support, Please find the tutorial on how to clear the Cache for Google Chrome by clicking the link here
If you are using other browsers, Please find the tutorials for clearing the Cache memory below;
If you can not view all of the elements on the Glofox Dashboard, Please try using an 'incognito window' as one of your browser plugins might be interfering with the connection (the browser plugins are disabled by default in the incognito mode, so if everything works well in incognito mode, a browser plugin might be at fault).
