  • We have all of the above switched off. How do we stop automated emails going to our emails. We have 3 studios and get 100's a day that are clogging up our emails. This is leading to missed emails and poor productivity. We are getting emails for every new booking, failed subscription, booking cancelled, new purchase and more. If someone could get in contact to help resolve asap.

  • Hi Talia, thank you for getting in touch!
    While you can turn off email for booking (see here - https://support.glofox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005126698-How-to-Set-Up-Classes ) with regards to the other emails, we can understand it's not ideal if not all Admins wish to receive these emails. While we don't have the ability to opt out individual Staff emails from these automated emails at the moment, I will certainly pass this feedback on to our product team.

    In the meantime, one way to stop this would be set a filter to automatically delete or route these emails away from your inbox , you can filter it by email heading as to avoid missing any important ones. See here for more info - https://www.guidingtech.com/auto-delete-emails-gmail/
