'Account Balance' is a new feature that streamlines the payment process by allowing clients to put a credit value onto their account so they can use it later. It also allows you to put a credit value into your client's account to use as an incentive or reward.
A great way to add value to your business is by providing incentives to your members.
- Whether it's adding $10 to those that attend every day this week
- Offering a free item like a branded water bottle or gym bag on their birthday
- Giving a free PT session to the top-performing client of the month, etc.
- Offering credit for referring a friend
Whatever you decide, adding extra value to your memberships is a great way to keep clients engaged. With an Account Balance, you can add a credit balance to a client's account which they can use for future purchases.
You could run a competition or reward the top-performing client by adding a monetary value to their 'Account Balance' so they can use it against memberships, credits or products.
