What is the Leads Report

The Lead Report is a downloadable CSV file and it induces the following; 

Once downloaded you can open it in a spreadsheet like; Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or Mac Numbers. 

How to filter and download the Lead Report

Downloading the 'Lead Report' is simple. To download your entire list of leads, follow thee steps; 

1. From the dashboard go to 'Manage' 
2. Then go the the 'Leads' tab
3. On the right-hand side, you will see a dropdown that says 'Actions', click this and select 'Download' 

Glofox 'Lead' filters let you drill down to specific segments of leads and take action to boost sales and retention.

You can build filters on top of each other and apply multiple filters at the same time to segment your leads even further and deliver a specific targeted message to a particular group on leads.

You can filter your leads by:

• Number of Bookings
• Attendances
• Last Contact
• Date Created
• Lead Source
• Lead Status
• Trial Expiry

To filter your leads before downloading following these steps; 

1. From the dashboard go to 'Manage' 
2. Then go the the 'Leads' tab
3. On the left-hand side, you will see a button '+add Filters' next to 'Filter' Click these to narrow down your list
4. Once you are happy with your selection, click 'Actions', and select 'Download'
