What are the Activity Reports?
The activity reports are there to guide you through your client's class activity to better understand trends and take action on poorly performing classes. The 'Activity Reports' include;

This shows a list of clients that have just made their first booking |
|
This shows a list of clients that have recently canceled late and incurred a strike |
|
This shows a live view of clients access your gym/studio |
|
This shows the number of recent no shows to classes |
|
This shows a list of clients with strikes and how many strikes they have |
Where to find the Activity Reports
To locate the Activity Reports, follow these steps;
- From the dashboard, go to the 'Report' tab
- The 'Report List' tab
- On the left-hand side, you will see a list of reports under 'Activity'
- Click on any one of these for more information
