What are the possible registration points?
With Glofox you can capture Leads in the following ways;
- When someone uses the Lead Capture Form (Web Portal)
- When some registers on the Member App (Mobile App)
- Entered manually by you from the Dashboard (Dashboard)
- Entered manually by you from Glofox Pro (Admin App)
- When someone comes through via Facebook pixel or another Integration (Other)

The 'Lead' tab, Lead Capturing Tools, The Member App, and Glofox Pro are not available on all Glofox Packages. For more information or to upgrade please get in touch with your Onboarding Manager or email us at customersuccess@glofox.com
Where to find the registration point of a Lead
- From the dashboard, go the the 'Manage' tab
- Then the 'Leads' tab
- From here you will see the 'Registration point' on the 5th column;
Please note
For roaming locations, if Lead Management is turned on, leads from non-home locations will show in the roaming location's Manage Lead tab.
