Why won't the images I upload, show on my dashboard?


To enable your Website Portal and Member App to run faster, browsers save your images in a ‘Cache’. When you reopen the page, the cached images will appear swiftly.

However, this means that when you make updates to these images, the changes might appear instantly. Clearing the cache removes these saved images and will ensure your new images appear instantly.

To Clear Cache on Windows:

Click Ctrl+Shift+R 

To Clear Cache on Mac:

Click Cmd+Shift+R 

Please note;

The file size cannot exceed 1mb. The picture dimensions must be less than 1000px * 1000px (length and width)
