What is Braintree?

Braintree is a Payment Gateway Service that specializes in mobile and web payment systems for e-commerce companies.

How to connect Glofox to Braintree

In Glofox you have to enter your Braintree Merchant ID, public key, and private key.

To get your Merchant ID, follow these steps;

1. In your Braintree account, go to 'Account'
2. Then go to 'Merchant Account Info'
   • This is found on the top right in Braintree
   • 
3. From here you will see the Merchant ID. There are 2 IDs on this page, make sure to copy the 'Merchant ID' not the 'Merchant Account'

To get the public key and private key, follow these steps; 

1. In Braintree go to 'Settings'
2. The go-to 'API Keys'
   • 
3. From here you will see the 'Public Key'
   • 
4. Click 'View' to see the 'Private Key'

To connect Braintree to Glofox, follow these steps; 

1. From the Glofox dashboard, go to 'Settings'
2. Then go to 'Payments'
3. Then 'Card'
4. Enter your Merchant ID, Public Key, and Private Key and click save
