Here's an update of what's new at Glofox! This month we launched the Overdue Filter to help you when recovering unpaid memberships and a brand new support site to equip you with the information and tools to ensure you're set up for success!

There are also some important updates coming up, whereby we will require our customers to enter additional account information through the Glofox platform to continue to receive payouts.

More Successful Transactions for Your Studio

The new Overdue Filter makes it easier to locate members with failed memberships and take action to retrieve these payments. This means more revenue for you because you will have more successful transactions!

Once you've filtered your members to find a list of failed memberships, you can then choose how to action this list by downloading a CSV file of members who have an outstanding failed payment on their account or quickly contacting members from the filtered list via SMS.

Help When You Need it From Glofox Support

This month we launched our brand new Knowledge Base complete with step-by-step guides, FAQ, and walkthroughs for everything you need to know about Glofox. On this site, we also have a section dedicated to best practices where you can find webinars and tutorials on how you can make the most out of the Glofox platform.

Request to Update Your Account Information

Starting on March 31st, additional account information will be required by our payment provider to continue to receive payouts. The information required will differ by region to region. Still, we will be sending out further communications in the coming days with step-by-step guides on how you can quickly and easily update your details!
