To run a Live Workout Class, you will need to create an account on a video platform as part of the setup. We've helped you get started with that here;
You will also need a webcam attached to a laptop or computer with decent audio. You can opt for a video camera if you choose YouTube, but this will require additional set up including setting up an encoder. Find out more information on that here.
Last but not least, you will need a Glofox account, which your Gympass Partner Manager will set up for you. To get started, send them an email.
