I've upgraded my account but now some of my clients are missing?


If you have recently received an upgrade from Glofox to help you manage your business during the COVID-19 closures, you may be wondering where some of your Clients disappeared? 

With your upgrade, you would have received access to the Sales and Marketing tools. In theses tool, you are given a 'Leads' tab on your dashboard. This tab shows you where your Leads came from, what part of the Leads funnel they're in, e.g., New, Warm, Old, and ways to get in touch with them to help you convert them into members. 

If you've noticed clients missing from the 'Client' tab, take a look at the 'Leads' tab to see if they're been moved over.
