In your Glofox account, you have several different payment methods you can use:
- Bank Transfer
- Pay Later
The default payment methods are Cash and Complimentary. You can view all the methods and turn the methods on/off in Settings under the Payments tab.
You can set some payment methods as only available to Staff. With this, you can set it so all you clients pay with Card through the apps but your staff can process payments as cash, pay later etc.
- You must have at least one payment method turned on
- Subscriptions can only be set up with card payments
Connecting to a card payment provider is a different process depending on what provider you use. View the payment provider in your country here.

Click Edit Settings to connect to a payment provider. If you are using Glofox Payments you will see a button to set up your account. Click the button and complete the form to
Once you connect to your provider Card will be turned on for Staff & Clients, you can turn these option off at any stage.
Cash payments can only be used by Staff. This option can be used by staff in the Cart on the dashboard.
If you would like your clients to book in and pay cash when are at the studio turn on the Pay Later option.
Complimentary payments can only be used by Staff. This option can be used by staff in the Cart on the dashboard.
When you process a complimentary payment the value will be set to 0
Bank Transfer can be used to mark payments that have been sent to you manually by a customer, via Bank Transfer.
Bank Transfer does not integrate with a payment provider and cannot be used for recurring payment memberships.
Pay later can be used by clients and staff.
If this option is on your clients can select pay later when they book. When they do this a charge button will show next to their booking:
Pay later can also be used by staff. You can turn Pay Later on so only your staff can use it.
