Stripe Card Payment Rates

We have initially launched in Brazil with credit card payments for Visa and Mastercard, which represents the majority of the transactions in the market. We will be adding support for Elo, Installments, and Boletos at a later date.

These are the rates you will pay using just Stripe, or using the Glofox software. These fees are purely for card payments and are based on the existing agreement with Glofox, which could be subject to change.

The fees will be taken from the gross transaction immediately at the time of charge, leaving the net amount in the Stripe account balance.

Anticipations

Anticipations are a Stripe beta product for the Brazilian market. Since the standard payout time for card transactions in Brazil is T+30. In response to this lag, merchant acquirers offer a product called antecipação or anticipations, whereby merchants pay an additional fee to receive funds on an accelerated timeline.

Please note that the fees are subject to change, primarily based on the Brazilian interbank interest rate. They will be assessed at a T+1 timing after the initial transaction.
