This new Glofox add-on helps you dig deeper into your reports, giving you an in-depth analysis of your performance.

Ultimately, we're giving you the insights and the power to increase your revenue and get a step ahead of your competition. 

Your metrics will be grouped into 5 categories:

Member Activity

Here is where you will find everything you need to know about your member activity, this will detail your total members over time, new joiner, expired members, and more.

Sales Activity

Your Sales Activity Reports will detail your total sales over time, a breakdown of how those sales were made, and where your clients are spending the most money, and how much expected revenue is on route to your studio.

Lead Acquisition and Conversion

Here is where you can learn where your leads are coming from, how many trials have been purchased, and a breakdown of which leads are being converted. This is a great tool for marketing your services to ensure you're spending time and money in the best areas.

Retention and Utilization

One of our most requested reports has been for retention purposes. These reports will ensure you are reaching out to clients that are on the verge of churn giving you a chance to keep them coming back to your studio.

Member Demographics

These reports are vital for understanding your client base, making sure you're marketing to the right groups in the best way.

  • At about 9 mins, Finn switches to a view showing Member Activity; where on earth is the button to switch to that screen? The vast majority of important info is hidden inside these "Activity" tabs, but it never shows us how to access those screens. For the life of me, I cannot navigate this system to find what I am looking for, it's like trying to find a specific needle in big pile of needles!
